Nashville's historic honky-tonk Tootsies Orchid Lounge is celebrating its 52nd birthday today (November 15) with a free outdoor "Birthday Block Party" between Broadway and 4th and 5th avenues.
The party starts at 3 p.m. and is scheduled to go all night, with performances from Darryl Worley, Troy Gentry, Randy Houser and more.
